LAX Roadway, Utilities, Enabling (RUE) Project

The Roadway, Utilities, and Enabling (RUE) is a high-priority LAX project necessary to support the airport’s Land Access Modernization Program (LAMP), including the Automated People Mover (APM), Consolidated Rent-A-Car (ConRAC) facility, and Intermodal Transportation Facility (ITF)-West improvements. D’Leon engineers were in charge of the major utility and main line engineering design within the Central Terminal Area (CTA) of LAX.
