OUR HISTORY

FOUNDED IN 1987

Domingo Leon founded D'Leon Consulting Engineers in 1987. Under Mr. Leon’s leadership and professional experience, DLCE grew to hold an active role in Southern California's engineering community as a whole. Nearly 40 years later, D'Leon engineers, managers, and project admin continue to contribute to the development of major public infrastructure projects in California and beyond.
