The California High-Speed Rail program is one of the nation's most ambitious infrastructure investments, creating an 800-mile high-speed rail system that will connect California's major population centers at speeds of up to 220 mph. As a Program Delivery Support partner, DLCE provides multidisciplinary services that help advance the planning, coordination, and delivery of this transformational statewide program.
