BORJA LEON, PE

Borja Leon is a transportation and infrastructure professional with close to 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He has led the advancement and implementation of major infrastructure projects in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Sacramento. He joined D’Leon Consulting Engineers in November 2018 and is the Managing Director for all the company’s transportation, aviation, construction and program management practices.

Ryan Browne is an experienced civil engineering professional with over 20 years of project management and design experience. Mr. Browne applies his civil design knowledge and project management experience during all phases of complex projects.

OUR HISTORY

FOUNDED IN 1987

Domingo Leon founded D'Leon Consulting Engineers in 1987. Under Mr. Leon’s leadership and professional experience, DLCE grew to hold an active role in Southern California's engineering community as a whole. Nearly 40 years later, D'Leon engineers, managers, and project admin continue to contribute to the development of major public infrastructure projects in California and beyond.
