The LA Metro Southeast Gateway Line (SGL) is poised to be a transformative light-rail investment for Southeast Los Angeles, bringing faster, more reliable connections to jobs, schools, healthcare, and the regional network. By advancing high-capacity service through historically under-served corridors, the project is expected to cut travel times, improve air quality, and catalyze equitable economic development around future stations. 

DLCE is supporting Los Angeles Metro with program and construction management services, including technical support. Upon opening, the Southeast Gateway Line is projected to be among the nation’s highest-ridership light-rail corridors, expanding safe, accessible, and sustainable mobility across Southeast LA.
