DLCE is proud to serve as the Construction Management consultant for LA Metro’s groundbreaking transition from compressed natural gas (CNG) to a fully electric, zero-emission bus fleet. This program represents the largest transit bus electrification effort in the United States. DLCE is providing comprehensive construction management services across all Metro Bus Divisions, including seasoned inspectors, construction management, and project oversight personnel. Our team is helping ensure that infrastructure upgrades—from charging systems to facility retrofits—are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Metro’s sustainability goals.
