Driving Infrastructure Transformation for 2028
As Los Angeles prepares to host the international sporting events of 2028, D’Leon Consulting Engineers (DLCE) stands at the forefront of delivering the critical infrastructure projects that will shape the region's transportation landscape for decades to come.
From rail expansions to intelligent transportation systems, DLCE has helped drive forward many event support projects by providing civil engineering, project and construction management services.
DLCE’s success is built on strong partnerships with LA Metro, Caltrans, LAWA, and the City of Los Angeles. We have supported Metro’s transit expansions, LAWA’s airport modernization, and Caltrans’ highway improvements, delivering key projects like the Regional Connector, Crenshaw/LAX (K-Line) Project, the East San Fernando Light Rail Project, the Eastside Extension Light Rail project, the Los Angeles River Bike Path, and the I-105 Express Lanes, among other key transportation links.
The 2028 sports events are not momentary—they mark a turning point for Los Angeles’ future. Our mission at DLCE is to help LA build an infrastructure legacy that lasts long after the events end. Through our continued work in engineering, project management, and workforce development, we are helping create a more connected, accessible, and inclusive transportation system that will serve Angelenos for generations.
We are proud to stand at the forefront of LA’s infrastructure transformation, ensuring that athletes, visitors, and residents experience a seamless, reliable, and well-integrated transit network.
