Mr.Spiteri has 21 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction management.  During this time, the total value in public and private projects totals over $18 billion.  Mr. Spiteri has worked on airport modernization, transportation infrastructure (bridges, tunnels, railways, and roads) as well as land development.  He has experience in several delivery methodologies including traditional design-bid-build, as well as aggressive design-build, progressive design-build, and construction-manager/general-contractor projects.  His motivation is improving our lives through the built environment and biggest reward is visiting completed projects in use.

Paul Spiteri holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Engineering from the City University of New York at City College.
