DLCE is beginning work on Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) Airport’s $400M Terminal 3 New North Concourse (T3 NNC) program.

T3 NNC will provide America’s Friendliest Airport with a new 6-gate concourse and new gate lounges including a variety of food, beverage, and retail facilities. New connections will be established between Terminals 3 and 4, providing passengers with an easier, more pleasant transfer experience. The NNC will additionally include a lower service level, housing critical airport, airline, and vendor operations.

The T3 NNC is targeting a minimum LEED Silver rating and construction is scheduled to begin in 2025.

DLCE will perform civil design for the new Domestic/Fire Water and Sewer pipe networks and provide Utilities and Civil Design support throughout the terminal area.
