LA Twenty-Eight by '28
DLCE's Borja Leon played a critical role in the development and passage of the Los Angeles Metro Twenty-Eight by '28. Metro's strategic plan involves the completion of 28 major road, transit, and pedestrian projects in advance of the 2028 Summer Olympics and Paralympics. Although the plan is set to accommodate the demands of these major events, the included projects will also serve to meet the growing needs of LA residents over the next several decades.
Mr. Leon additionally worked with the Garcetti administration to develop and pass Measures R and M to kick-off funding. He continues to utilize his vast experience and political fluency to secure funding for projects at the state and federal levels.
